Akin Osuntokun, the Director General of the Labour Party’s (LP) Presidential Campaign Committee (PCC), intimated that he had proof that the ruling All Progressive Congress (APC) had rigged the results of the presidential election on February 25, 2023. He added the APC was irresponsible in his remarks.

Osuntokun maintained that the election of All Progressive Congress (APC) Asiwaju Ahmed Bola Tinubu was not a fair or transparent process during an interview on Arise Television. After he read the petition that his party had submitted, he made the implication that he had seen the evidence.
According to Osuntokun, the APC was so careless that even young children were aware that the election was not fair. Additionally, he claimed that the APC is stirring up politics out of fear of losing at the Tribunal.
