In response to comments concerning social media influencers and the launch of a social media regulation bill by the new administration, Daddy Freeze went live on Facebook many hours ago.
Daddy Freeze stated: “Very soon, the federal government of Nigeria might introduce a social media bill for our influencers. Through that bill, it will mean that if you (being influencer) say something (wrong) about Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu or even Peter Gregory Obi, they may arrest you. The bill will be made in such a way that social media influencers must have an identity to their names which will in turn make their arrest easy.”….. Continue Reading
Speaking further, Daddy Freeze said, “in France, there was a social media bill that was passed recently. All influencers in France must now inform their followers if they are to post a filtered picture. The government noticed that some people are emotionally down (depressed) after seeing how beautiful or handsome an influencer is. That was why they introduced the bill.”
Lastly, Daddy Freeze said, “I want you all to know that all these politicians have lawyers. If you say anything wrong about the president-elect, his lawyers might take note and file a case. We all need to learn from this singer Portable issue and be mindful of our engagements on the social media.”
