He was cautioned by Seun to use his words carefully. The APC presidential candidate, Tinubu, was sworn in, and Ayo Oyalowo continued by calling Datti insane for claiming that democracy had come to an end. He chose to respond to the comments made by Peter Obi and Datti Baba because he disagreed with it.
In a statement, Ayo Oyalowo said:
“Only Peter Obi won 80 percent in his region, yet he raised racist to cause havoc. Peter Obi is insane to destroy the country because of his failure”.
He added that there must always be a winner in elections, and INEC has recognized Tinubu, the APC’s presidential candidate, as the winner of the election. Ayo Oyalowo informed Seun that Tinubu is qualified to lead the nation and that other parties should quit creating issues.
