In the footage that Channels TV uploaded on YouTube, Arabambi said that the Chief Registrar of the FCT had also acknowledged that the documents were fraudulent and that the police had determined that they were in fact counterfeit.

As a result, the police were able to obtain a warrant for the four officials’ arrest. Arabambi said in an interview that the party had submitted an appeal to the IGP, which was accepted, and that the police had determined the papers to be fabricated. The authorities had been the subject of an arrest warrant.
