Ahmad Khatami, President Erdogan Will Pay The Price For This Betrayal Against Muslims

 

In response to the role played by Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan in the overthrow of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad’s government in Damascus, where armed groups led by Hayat Tahrir al-Sham (HTS) seized control of the city, Ahmad Khatami, a member of the Islamic Republic of Iran’s Assembly of Experts, stated that President Recep Erdogan would pay the price for his betrayal of Muslims, emphasizing that Muslims would eventually target him.CONTINUE FULL READING>>>>>

According to Iran International English, a member of the Assembly of Experts of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Ahmad Khatami, said, “Erdogan will pay the price for this betrayal against Muslims—one day, they [Muslims] will come for him. Israel’s influence in the region is a shared threat to the entire Islamic world, not just Iran.”

On the other hand, the President-Elect of the United States of America, Donald Trump, said that nobody knows what was going to happen with Syria following the fall of the administration of the President of Syria, Bashar Al-Assad, but he thought Turkey was going to hold the key to Syria. He also commended the administration of President Recep Tayyip Erdogan of Turkey for partnering with the armed group opposing the Assad regime to oust the regime.
