In the report that surfaced online, the President stated that he is aware of the economic situation in the country and he is not deriving pleasure in inflicting pains on the people of Nigeria.
President Bola Ahmed Tinubu stated that the country is currently experiencing economic crisis because of some policies that were made by the previous administrations. The President stated that his administration has accepted the assets and liabilities of the past administrations and they are not ready to apportion blames.
He was quoted as saying that;
“Fellow Nigerians, I am not unaware of the harsh economic situation of our country neither do I take pleasure in inflicting pains and anguish on my compatriots.
