Phrank Shaibu: “Bwala Is A Special Advisor On Nothing” Criticism of Tinubu’s Reorganization of the Media Team

Daniel Bwala’s reappointment as President Bola Tinubu’s Special Adviser on Policy Communication has drawn criticism from Phrank Shaibu, the former PDP presidential candidate Atiku Abubakar’s special assistant on public communication. Shaibu claims that Bwala is Tinubu’s special counselor on all matters. In his post on Twitter, Shaibu said, “Speed without control leads to ruin, but Onanuga, with the relish of an elder, wasted no time in declaring that Bwala Daniel was, in fact, a special adviser on nothing.”

“In a government that names someone an S.A. on policy communications, one must ask: What policies are there to talk about?”

Daily Post reported that the reorganization of the presidential media team was revealed by Bayo Onanuga, Tinubu’s special adviser on information and strategy.

According to Onanuga, Sunday Dare, who was previously the special adviser on national orientation and public communication, is now the special adviser on media and public communications.
