According to the result sheet, the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) accredited 213 voters, but recorded a total of 493 votes, a discrepancy that caught the attention of Chidoka and social media users alike. He noted that while only 213 voters were accredited out of the 493 registered voters, the result sheet shockingly showed 406 votes cast.
Reacting to the inconsistencies, Chidoka expressed concern over the possibility of such a result being accepted during collation. He shared his thoughts on his X page, stating: “Agent Obozuwa Josephine accredited 213 voters out of 493 registered voters but recorded 406 votes in Osholo Primary School in Weppa Ward of Etsako East. If the Collation officer accepts this result and INEC accepts it, that will be strange. At 406 votes from 493 registered voters, that’s an 82% voter turnout.”
