Ogidan Mustapha, a herbalist, is said to have been detained by vigilantes in Ogun State after they discovered his body next to the severed corpse of a girl who had been electrocuted at her parents’ house in Igode village, Sagamu Local Government Area.CONTINUE FULL READING>>>>>

According to the report by PM News, SP Omolola Odutola, the PPRO of the Ogun State Police Command, in a press statement disclosed that the incident took place on September 20, 2024, when the girl, Oriyomi Adegboyega, was tragically electrocuted. Oriyomi’s father, Sunday Adegboyega, asked Ogidan to bury his daughter’s body far from their home. However, when vigilante operatives arrested Ogidan, they found him attempting to bury Oriyomi’s body at a riverbank with her hands dismembered.

The police also recovered weapons, including two pump-action rifles, and several local charms from the suspect’s house during their investigation.

According to Odutola: “The suspect was arrested by men of Vigilante arrested at 1:30 hour of 20 September 2024 while he was trying to bury the victim whose hands have been disabled at a river bank in Igbosoro of Igode village area of Sagamu local government.”CONTINUE FULL READING>>>>>
