According to Seyi, the visit on Friday was the first step in helping to improve the dire circumstances that the flood-affected youth currently face.
He promised that the intervention would go on until Maiduguri and Borno state, in particular, saw the light once more.
The youth advocate noted that the people of Borno state are renowned for their perseverance even in the face of the instability that decimated the state a few years ago.
