Dennis Amachree: Ajaero Has Been A Suspect In An Ongoing Investigation, He Can't Leave The Country

According to allegations made by Dennis Amachree, a former director of the DSS, Joe Ajaero, the president of the NLC, is unable to exit the nation because he is a suspect in a police investigation that is still underway. He emphasized that in order to stop Ajaero from dodging the law, his passport had to be seized and his arrest made. He referenced other instances of people attempting to evade justice, like the CEO from Binance who left the nation following a prayer session at a mosque. He said in an interview with Channels TV, ”The officials of the Nigerian Labour Congress are trying to change the narrative to suit themselves. But one thing they don’t understand and which should be clear to every Nigerian here is that the person of Joe Ajaero is different from the President of the NLC. Ajaero has been a suspect in an ongoing investigation, he can’t leave the country.

And then of course Ajaero tried to take off from the country overnight before he was arrested. And we have had cases of many people that has been running away from the law. You remember the Binance executive case, the man went to pray and from there he escaped and went out of the country.
