Abdullahi stated that Wike was summoned to appear before the Tom Ikimi-led disciplinary committee, set up by the party’s National Working Committee, to address issues of anti-party activities. Abdullahi condemned Wike’s recent statement about “putting fire in their states” regarding PDP governors, calling it “wrong and unacceptable.” He emphasized that Wike should manage his words carefully.

This development comes after Wike expressed happiness serving in the Bola Tinubu administration, despite criticisms, and threatened to cause a political crisis in states of PDP governors supporting Governor Siminalayi Fubara of Rivers State. The FCT minister also told party members to “go and hug the transformer” if they were angry about his position in Tinubu’s government.CONTINUE FULL READING>>>>>
