Speaking in a video shared by Channels TV, Usman said even private investors who come to Nigeria receive some support to encourage their investments. He gave examples like the airline industry where airline owners benefit from government-built airports. He said similarly, commercial bus owners run their businesses on government-built roads to earn money. He questioned why pastoralists, who are also citizens, should be treated differently and not receive any assistance from the government. He emphasized that the support for cattle rearing is similar to the help other private businesses get to operate effectively.
