In a video shared by TVC, Wike stated that people should admit when they don’t know something so they can learn. He said he and the Minister of State for FCT have only been in office for less than 11 months and despite the short time, they have accomplished a lot and received praise for their work. He said Ireti and others who are upset by the praises he has been receiving should go and hang themselves on a transformer if they want.
In Wike’s words: “I overheard somebody in Arise, unfortunately I heard the person is a member of National Assembly. It is unfortunate, I said so. With all due respect, what you don’t know, you don’t know. And the good thing for you is to tell people that look I don’t know this and people will educate you. The Minister of State and I, we have not been in office for more than 11 months, and to the glory of God, the person is angry that they are praising us.
