Highlighting the vast differences in road construction costs and state revenue reports, Dokubo questioned the allocation and transparency of funds under Wike’s administration.
Moreover, Dokubo underscored conflicting reports on the state’s internally generated revenue (IGR). Nyesom Wike’s IGR of Rivers State is between N23 and N27 billion, and Wike was declaring N12 billion. Where was the N13 or N15 billion going? Governor Fubara said they make between N23 to N27 billion every month.”CONTINUE FULL READING>>>>>
