Ugochinyere claims that this document was utilized to ask the Federal High Court for an injunction. But in a startling turnabout, the same people have now petitioned the Federal High Court once more, identifying themselves as PDP members.
Ugochinyere questioned the lawmakers’ credibility and political loyalty, highlighting the contradictions in their claims.
According to him, “If you see the affidavit by the same sacked speaker of the Rivers State House of Assembly and the 26 others, they claimed that as of December 11th, 2023, they were no longer PDP members and that they had joined the APC. This is the signature of the sacked speaker, Amaewhule, and this is on that oath, and by this, the Federal High Court gave them an injunction.
