The revelation coincides with increased scrutiny over the disbursement of a N10 billion loan meant to assist more than two million pupils.

According to report from Sahara Reporters, the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has confirmed the recovery of N30billion from the public funds allegedly looted under the watch of suspended Minister of Humanitarian Affairs, Betta Edu.
