On Sunday, the images appeared on Peter Obi Media Arm’s official X handle, POMA.
This comes after the convention was previously announced by Gbadebo Rhodes Vivour, the LP candidate running for governor of Lagos state in 2023.
Gbadebo Rhodes Vivour wrote on his page;
“We will be hosting a convention for our great supporters who worked tirelessly for my campaign exactly this time last year. We’d be recognizing many who demonstrated exceptional courage in the face of state sanctioned assault and violence”.
However, photos of Peter Obi arriving the venue of the convention have now surfaced.
The official X handle of the Peter Obi Media Arm wrote;
“The arrival of Peter Obi at the Lagos Obidients Convention caused euphoria amongst the crowd”.
