He posted this assertion in a message on his official Twitter profile on Tuesday.
His remarks are a reaction to some of the current events taking place in the country.
In the post that he shared on his page, he said when those in power stop preying on Nigerians, many people will have no need to pray for the country. His statement has however led to some comments from some people online.
Dele Farotimi wrote on his page, “If they’ll stop preying on Nigerians, you’ll have no need to keep praying for Nigeria”.
