Responses to President Tinubu’s directive that ministers only use three vehicles in their official convoys

 

In response to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s most recent direction to Federal Government Ministers, Ministers of State, and Heads of Agencies, social media users have taken to their official X account. President Tinubu has limited Federal Government ministers, ministers of state, and heads of agencies to no more than three vehicles in their official convoys, according to a post posted by Bayo Onanuga on his Facebook on Thursday.CONTINUE FULL READING>>>>>

The Special Adviser to the President on Information and Strategy said no additional vehicles will be assigned to them for movement. He said the decision was made to cut down the cost of governance.

According to Bayo Onanuga;

“President Bola Tinubu has restricted Ministers, Ministers of State, and Heads of Agencies of the Federal Government to a maximum of three vehicles in their official convoys. No additional vehicles will be assigned to them for movement. The cost-cutting measure was announced today in a statement signed by the President”.
