Peter Obi’s comment was contained in a post that he shared on his official X handle on Thursday. In the post that he shared on his page, he stated that he was present at the book launch of the former military head of state.

Peter said the most profound moment for him during the event was when Babangida admitted that he annulled the election that was won by Chief MKO Abiola. The former governor of Anambra state said one day, he hopes other key players in Nigeria’s democracy will be courageous enough to mention the real winners of past elections in Nigeria.
