
Prince Arthur Eze, a well-known Nigerian philanthropist and businessman, has openly commended General Ibrahim Babangida (Rtd), the former military leader, for having a significant influence on his life and career. In a video released by News Central TV, Arthur Eze expressed deep gratitude for Babangida’s support over the years, recalling their relationship that dates back to 1979.
In the video clip, Eze said that, “my brother and good friend, General Babagida, I have known you since 1979; you made me what I am today. Without you, I could have been a dead man for a long time.
Speaking about the influence of Babangida, he said that, “It is through you that I know all the military governors in Nigeria. How can I thank God without also thanking you? You have no enemy. When you had problems with Abacha, you went to him and said, Why are you quarreling with me?
