Ajagbe made the revelation during an interview on Kunle Afod’s YouTube channel, where he recounted the painful experience of how his wife betrayed him and later threw him out of their home in London.
The actor explained that after being apart for nearly five years, he finally secured a visa to the United Kingdom and excitedly shared the news with his wife, who was already living there. However, her reaction raised concerns.
Despite his initial doubts, Ajagbe traveled to London with the hope of reuniting with his wife. However, things took a strange turn upon his arrival. He expected an intimate reunion after years of separation, but his wife avoided any closeness, claiming she was on her period.
A month later, when he tried again to be intimate with her, she repeated the same excuse, which made him suspicious. The situation led to a heated argument, and some of their friends had to intervene to resolve the conflict.
It was later that a friend revealed to him that his wife had recently undergone an abortion, which had resulted in continuous bleeding. Shocked by the revelation, Ajagbe confronted his wife, but instead of an apology, she threatened to call the police on him.
In his words; “When I got my London visa, the first person I told was Yinka Quadri, followed by my wife, who was already living in London at the time. However, her response was strange. She asked, ‘Is it that easy to get a London visa in Nigeria now?’ This made me wonder—didn’t she miss me at all after nearly five years apart? Since I had no reason to be suspicious, I brushed it off. However, things took a different turn when I arrived in London. I remember thinking that, after such a long time apart, we would be excited to be together and spend a romantic night together. But that didn’t happen. She told me she was on her period.”
He continued; “A month later, I brought up the idea of intimacy again, but she gave me the same excuse—that she was still on her period. This made me suspicious, and it eventually led to an argument. Some of our friends had to step in to settle the issue. Later, a friend confided in me that my wife had undergone an abortion, but it wasn’t done properly, which was why she was experiencing continuous bleeding. When I confronted her about it, I was shocked by her reaction—she threatened to call the police on me. The next day, when I returned home from work, I found all my luggage outside.
