In a video that was posted on the official YouTube channel of Wasilacoded TV during an interview, she made it clear that she is a Muslim but that she used to attend church services until a day when her grandmother showed up to give her a message in her dream.

In her statement, she said, “It took me a long time to realize that I have to be closer to God, and it is not by going to church or mosque every day. I abandoned Islam initially because I thought praying 5 times daily was very stressful for me, and I decided to practice Christianity. My grandma had already told my family before she died that they should give me a rosary. I’m a Muslim, but I did go to church until a day my grandma appeared to me in my dream.
