Elder statesman and former Deputy National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, or PDP, Chief Bode George, told FCT Minister Nyesom Wike and his team that Bola Ahmed Tinubu was a better candidate in the 2023 presidential election, according to a report published on Vanguard’s official X account on Friday.CONTINUE FULL READING>>>>>
Chief Bode said during the election, Wike and his team came to meet him and stated that among two presidential candidates from the south, they believed Tinubu was better.
Reacting, Bode George said he disagreed with them. He said he told them he would counter them if they make the statement outside.
Bode George said he told Wike and his team that he knows the modus operandi of Tinubu.
According to Vanguard, Chief Bode George said that;
“And when Wike people came, we had a meeting, and they made me a leader. In the end, we had two presidential candidates from the south, and they said they believed that Bola was the better person. I told them that if they stepped out of this meeting and talked about it outside there, I would counter you. You guys have no idea who this gentleman is.
