The Premier League’s Table Following Arsenal Lost 2-0 And Manchester United Won 2-1 Today

Arsenal were reduced to 10 men in the 30th minute of the match after William Saliba received a straight red card for committing a last man foul on Evanilson. Arsenal’s numerical disadvantage affected their performance as they let Bournemouth play more of the football in the first period. Bournemouth failed to convert a few of their goalscoring chances as they settled for a goalless draw at halftime.

 

After several attempts, Bournemouth finally opened the scoring in the 71st minute of the match thanks to a stunning goal from super-sub Ryan Christie. Things got even worse for Arsenal in this match when Bournemouth were awarded a penalty in the 78th minute. Justin Kluivert stepped up and converted the penalty brilliantly to put Bournemouth 2-0 ahead. The scoreline remained the same as Bournemouth secured a convincing victory at full-time.

 

 

Manchester United on the other hand hosted Brentford at the Old Trafford Stadium in what was indeed an intense game of football. The English team tutored by Erik Ten Hag had an impressive performance in the match as they secured a vital 2-1 win over Bournemouth thanks to strikes from Alejandro Garnacho and Rasmus Hojiund.
